Any candidates may visit our website and complete an application. Once an application is completed call into our office and schedule an interview. Candidate selection is based on overall qualifications and experience. Our goal is to make placements that are a fit both for our associates and customers.

Applications remain active in our system for 6 months; longer if you are actively updating your availability.

All screening is valid for up to six months. We recognize that a lot can change in this period and we encourage candidates to visit us again after this time period to ensure our information is up to date.

All candidates may contact our office 1x per week to update their availability. This lets us know you are actively seeking employment. Candidates may also access their employee portal and update their availability with the simple click of a button.

No, our services are of no cost to you as a candidate or associate.

We pay our Associates weekly, on Friday by direct deposit. We do also offer payment by and provide a paycard, if you prefer.

If you no-show for a scheduled interview with The Staffing Alliance we may attempt to call you or email you to reiterate that missed appointments negatively affect our organization and may prevent another candidate that is seeking employment from being seen in a timely manner, we may ask for feedback, see if you are still interested in employment opportunities, and potentially reschedule your appointment.

Yes, we want to make sure that nothing has changed in your job search, so we can possibly get back to helping you find another position. Whenever anything changes in your employment situation or job search, please let us know. And remember to call us back weekly to report your availability.

It depends. The Staffing Alliance offers several types of opportunities such as temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire (meaning that you become a regular employee for a given company). For both temporary and temporary-to-hire assignments, you are employed by The Staffing Alliance.

The length of our assignments is based on the needs of our clients. During your in-person interview, our recruiters will discuss which type of employment opportunity is the right fit for you.

Yes, we understand that not every position offered to you is going to meet your needs. However, we will consult with you to set reasonable expectations about the kinds of jobs that are available within the context of your goals and experience.

Speak with your On-Site Manager with The Staffing Alliance or contact the Market Manager for your area. Our focus is finding the right fit for you.

Call your On-site Manager before you are scheduled to arrive at work, if there is no answer please be sure to leave a detailed message and a good number to reach you at. They will contact our client to inform them that you are on your way but are running late.

The Staffing Alliance offers an employee portal to view pay stubs, W2’s, earnings reports, past and current assignment information, and updated job boards! This will allow you to review employment information and quicker access to earnings information. Click the "Associates" tab in the main menu on our website and your login and password will be the same as HR Center.
