 Corporate History Formerly known as West Eagle Job-Net, The Staffing Alliance is eastern North Carolina’s premier employment agency. Founded in April 1995, the company is the result of two industrious Native American entrepreneurs. Within five years, the company grew from one location in Lumberton, North Carolina, to eleven locations throughout the state . The growth of the company was phenomenal – surpassing the expectations of those responsible for the venture. In October 2002, a long-time company employee with 20 years of human resources experience, Bob Winfree purchased the company. Under new leadership, The Staffing Alliance shares a vision of superior
staffing services and continued procedural development with the communities
it serves. The Staffing Alliance continues to focus its efforts on
increased visibility and growth in existing market areas and future
development of untapped market areas within specific niche markets. |
