
Corporate History
The Staffing Alliance, LLC began business on
October 1, 2002 as the result of an acquisition by the current
owners, Bob Winfree and his wife, Mary. Bob was an employee of
the previous company, Action Labor Management, and it's predecessor,
which was founded in April 1995. Today, we operate in the
Triangle (Raleigh and Durham), Sandhills (Fayetteville, Raeford,
Southern Pines/Pinehurst), and in Southeastern North Carolina
(Lumberton, Laurinburg, Whiteville). The
founding company began with a niche in textiles, which quickly evolved
into various manufacturing industries. Additionally, over the
years, the company ventured into administrative and clerical
placements, including call center customer service representatives.
The Staffing Alliance endeavors to match skilled and
unskilled workers with customers, saving them time and money, while
helping in the professional and personal development of it's
employees. In such a relationship, it requires effective and
efficient communication between the three concerned parties: The
Staffing Alliance, the Customer, and the Employee. The Staffing
Alliance continually strives to proactive refines our processes to
ensure quality placements.
